Bayswater, Maylands and Inglewood
North-east of the city along the Swan, Maylands has become one of Perth's liveliest small villages, with Eighth Avenue and Whatley Crescent lined with cafes, small shops and bars. Inglewood continues the Beaufort Street strip north of Mount Lawley, and Bayswater, further out, mixes older homes with new apartments around its station.
These suburbs are close enough to the city for easy out-calls and relaxed enough for discreet in-calls. Several Perth escorts who live here describe themselves as preferring a slower, unhurried booking, and many are happy to start with a drink at one of the local bars.
The Midland line runs through Maylands and Bayswater into the city in about ten minutes, and Guildford Road is the main route by car. On weekends the Maylands strip gets busy, but the side streets stay quiet.
