Midland, Guildford, Bassendean and Ellenbrook
At the eastern end of the train line, Midland is a regional centre with a large shopping precinct, a hospital and the old railway workshops. Guildford, next door, is one of the oldest towns in the state, with colonial buildings, antique shops and pubs, and it marks the start of the Swan Valley wine and food trail. Bassendean sits between them and the city, and Ellenbrook, to the north, is a large planned suburb that has grown quickly over the past two decades.
A day in the Swan Valley followed by an evening booking is a popular combination, and Perth escorts who live in the north-east often mention the wineries and breweries nearby. Many travel from here to clients across the eastern suburbs.
The Midland line reaches the city in around twenty-five minutes, and the Great Eastern Highway and Roe Highway carry the traffic by car. Ellenbrook now has its own rail link as well.
