Refund Policy
When a replacement or refund does not apply
The replacement or refund described in this policy is not available to you if:
- your advertising has gone live on our Site and you have simply changed your mind, decided you did not like the advertising or had no use for it, or found cheaper advertising elsewhere;
- you have breached our Advertiser Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
- you asked for your advertising to be done in a particular way against our advice, or you were unclear about what you wanted; or
- any or all of our products are temporarily unavailable.
How to request a replacement or refund
You can seek a replacement or refund by:
- telling Want Escorts about your request as soon as possible, and before:
- your advertising goes live; or
- your membership registration becomes active; and
- giving Want Escorts enough information to assess your replacement or refund request, for example any errors that need to be corrected.
How we assess your request
A Want Escorts representative will contact you to decide whether to authorise a replacement or refund within 30 days from the date of your request. Want Escorts reserves the right, at its option, to authorise refunds, replacements or credits on a case-by-case basis.
You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any services provided before we receive and process your replacement or refund request. Want Escorts may adjust any replacement or refund to account for the proportion of fees payable for any services provided.
If a replacement is authorised
If a replacement is authorised, your advertising will be suspended and you will be authorised to update your advertising for a period of seven (7) business days.
