Woree, White Rock, Edmonton and Gordonvale
The Bruce Highway runs south out of Cairns through a corridor of growing suburbs. Woree and White Rock sit at the foot of the range, Edmonton has shopping centres and new estates among the cane fields, and Gordonvale, about twenty-five kilometres from the city, is an old sugar town with a mill and the pyramid-shaped peak that looks down over the valley.
The southern suburbs are mainly residential, and the companions who live here generally prefer clients from nearby. Cairns escorts based along the corridor often host from homes with off-street parking, and many will travel into the city or to the airport hotels when asked in advance.
The highway is the main road and can be slow at peak hour or behind cane trucks in the crushing season. From Gordonvale the drive to the city takes around thirty minutes.
