Redlynch, Freshwater and Stratford
West of the city, the Freshwater Valley runs up towards the rainforest. Redlynch is a leafy suburb of family homes with a shopping village and, at its far end, the clear swimming holes of Crystal Cascades. Freshwater has a small station on the scenic railway to Kuranda, and Stratford sits at the valley's mouth near the highway.
The valley is green, quiet and a few degrees cooler than town in the evening, which suits relaxed, discreet bookings. Cairns escorts who live in the valley typically host in houses on large blocks, and many are happy to travel into the city or to the northern beaches.
The drive from the city takes about fifteen minutes, and buses run along the valley road during the day. After heavy rain the creek crossings can rise quickly, so check the roads in the wet season before setting out.
