Busy weeks in Brisbane
Brisbane's calendar has a handful of weeks when the city fills up. State of Origin nights in winter pack the stadium and the pubs, the Ekka takes over the showgrounds for ten days in August, the Brisbane Festival runs through September, with the Riverfire fireworks over the river, and summer brings Test cricket to the Gabba and concerts to the stadiums.
During these weeks hotels near the city and the venues are full, and Brisbane escorts who work the hotels are booked early. Touring companions often time their visits to the busiest weekends, so it pays to contact the companion you like several days ahead and confirm on the day.
On the night of Riverfire and after Origin games, traffic and public transport around the river and the stadium are crowded for hours. An in-call away from the crowds, or a booking earlier in the day, is often the simpler choice.
Outside these peaks a day's notice is usually enough. The Brisbane escort agencies page lists the agencies that can suggest someone free when your first choice is booked.
