Spring Hill and Petrie Terrace
On the ridge just north of the city, Spring Hill is a mix of hotels, serviced apartments, medical rooms and old workers' cottages, with the colonial windmill tower standing over Wickham Park. Petrie Terrace, to the west, is known for Caxton Street and its pubs and bars, which fill before and after games at the stadium a short walk down the hill.
Spring Hill is quieter than the CBD but only minutes from it, and the hotels and serviced apartments here are popular with visitors who want a calmer base. Many Brisbane escorts are happy to come up the hill for an out-call, and a few host in-calls in the apartment blocks along Wickham Terrace and Leichhardt Street.
On State of Origin nights and big football weekends, Caxton Street is packed and the roads around the stadium close, so plan your timing around the crowd. The rest of the week, both suburbs are calm after dark.
