Wynnum, Manly, Capalaba, Birkdale, Cleveland and Victoria Point
On the shores of Moreton Bay, Wynnum and Manly have a long esplanade, a boat harbour full of yachts and a weekend crowd of cafes and fish-and-chip shops. Capalaba and Birkdale, inland, are suburbs of family homes and shopping centres, and Cleveland and Victoria Point, further south, are bayside towns where the ferries leave for Stradbroke Island and the bay islands.

The Cleveland line runs along the bay to the city in about an hour from Cleveland, and Old Cleveland Road and the Gateway Motorway carry the traffic by car. Summer evenings by the water are the busiest time of the year here.
