Fremantle
Fremantle is Perth's port city and has a character of its own: limestone buildings from the gold-rush era, the old prison and the Round House, busy markets, and South Terrace, the long strip of cafes and pubs locals call the cappuccino strip. The harbour is where ferries leave for Rottnest Island, and the fishing boat harbour fills with restaurants at night.
