Mernda, Doreen, Wollert and Yan Yean
The city's northern edge is one of its newest frontiers. Mernda and Doreen are recent suburbs of new estates and parks, with Plenty Gorge Park cutting a deep, rocky valley close by. Wollert, further west, is a growth area of new streets north of Epping, and Yan Yean is known for its historic reservoir, built in the 1850s as the city's first major water supply and still surrounded by quiet bushland.
Bookings out here are local in character. Melbourne escorts in the northern growth suburbs usually see clients from the surrounding estates, and many host in new houses with double garages and plenty of parking. Out-calls towards Epping and South Morang are easy; trips to the city usually need notice.
The Mernda line was extended to Mernda in 2018, with new stations along the way, and the trip into the city takes around an hour. By car, Plenty Road and the Hume Freeway link the area with the M80 Ring Road.
