Box Hill Central, Box Hill South and Blackburn North
Box Hill Central is the busy heart of the area, where a shopping centre sits on top of the railway station and the bus interchange, and the tram along Whitehorse Road ends its long run from the city. Around it, new apartment towers keep rising. Box Hill South, below Canterbury Road, is mostly houses and parks running down to Gardiners Creek, and Blackburn North is a quiet suburb of bush gardens and family homes towards the Eastern Freeway.
The station precinct is one of the easiest places in the east to arrange an in-call, with apartments a short walk from the trains. Melbourne escorts based around Box Hill often say they are happy to meet clients arriving by train, and many will travel to homes in the surrounding suburbs for out-calls.
Trains on the Lilydale and Belgrave lines stop under the shopping centre, and buses fan out to Doncaster, Burwood and the outer east. Parking around the centre is busy on weekends, but side streets in the neighbouring suburbs are usually clear.
