Maroochydore and Cotton Tree
Maroochydore is the commercial heart of the Sunshine Coast, with a large shopping centre on the river, a new city centre of offices and apartments rising beside it, and a long beach running north towards the river mouth. Cotton Tree, at the mouth of the Maroochy River, has a beachfront park, a calm swimming spot and a small strip of cafes under the trees.
Business visitors and holidaymakers both stay here, and the apartment buildings along the beach and the river are common places for bookings. Sunshine Coast escorts based in Maroochydore often host in-calls in the newer apartments near the centre and travel along the coast for out-calls.
Buses run along the beachfront and connect Maroochydore with Mooloolaba and the airport, and the Sunshine Motorway is close by. Evenings by the river at Cotton Tree are relaxed and quiet.
Parking in the new city centre is easy in the evening, and the beach path links Maroochydore with Alexandra Headland for a walk before dinner.
