Moss Vale
South of Bowral, Moss Vale is the working town of the Highlands, with a main street of shops and pubs, a showground that hosts country shows and markets, and a station on the line to Sydney. It is also the road towards Fitzroy Falls and the national park on the edge of the escarpment.
Moss Vale has more permanent residents than visitors, and the listings reflect that. Bowral escorts who cover the Highlands usually include Moss Vale, and some companions travelling up from the coast or the outer suburbs of Sydney will meet clients at the motels on the main road.
The drive from Bowral takes about ten minutes, and trains connect Moss Vale with Bowral, Mittagong and Sydney. Winter nights here are cold and often frosty, so a warm room matters.
A booking in Moss Vale is best arranged a day ahead, since most companions travel in from elsewhere.
