Nollamara, Balga and Westminster
North of Yokine and west of Mirrabooka, this is a group of suburbs built mostly in the decades after the war, with brick homes, local shopping strips and wide reserves. Nollamara straddles Wanneroo Road, Balga sits further north around its own small centres, and Westminster lies between them on the edge of the Mirrabooka shopping district.
It is an unpretentious part of the city where many people work shifts, and the bookings follow that rhythm, with plenty of weekday afternoons and early evenings.
